When ex-world heavyweight champion Corrie Sanders was shot and killed on Sunday in a senseless act of cowardice in South Africa Yesterday

Corrie Sanders has died of wounds he received during an armed robbery at a South African restaurant.
Sanders was celebrating his daughter’s 21st birthday in the city of Brits in the north-west of the country when a group of three robbers entered the restaurant.
The perpetrators opened erratic gunfire, from which the boxer received stomach and arm wounds.
The 46-year-old was taken to hospital, but the doctors were unable to save his life.
