Thiago Silva is out of UFC 130 and Matt Hamill is in. Sources close to the UFC say that Silva has been pulled from his planned bout with Quinton "Rampage" Jackson and replaced with Hamill. Verbal agreements in place, with bout agreements expected to be finalized shortly.

Hamill had been tentatively planned to face Phil Davis at UFC 129 event, but that will have to be changed. Silva's status is unknown after his drug test for UFC 125 was announced as under investigation.
