SmackDown Draws Lowest Rating Of 2011, Helms Injury Update -

The May 6 episode of WWE SmackDown, featuring a World Heavyweight Championship Match, scored a 1.73 cable rating. The number is down 12 percent from the previous week, a 1.94.
It is the lowest rated episode of 2011. The show drew 2,793,000 viewers overall.
Smackdown ranked No. 10 in total cable television viewers for the night. It also ranked No. 7. in Males 18-34 and No. 5 in Males 18-49.
– In an update on former WWE talent Gregory Helm’s motorcycle accident on Thursday, he suffered a broken ankle, jaw and nose. He also suffered some fractures and reportedly needed 200 stitches. His girlfriend suffered a broken neck. Both remain hospitalized in Raleigh, North Carolina.
